The hotel in the Indio area was in a very nice location, close to the events center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with immaculate bedding that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff showed professionalism throughout the check-in process and even accommodated the guest's needs by providing an air purifier in a smoking room. The casino was clean and the honesty and integrity of the staff were commendable, as they promptly returned a lost item to a guest. Additionally, the hotel offered perks like gift cards and free slot play for joining their club.
The bar tenders at the casino could have been more friendly.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a blast! The complimentary breakfast and shuttle service were a great convenience. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. We also loved the heated pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The free Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to and the staff took a long time to respond to our requests at times. Despite this, we still had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

During our Christmas vacation, we stayed at a large resort in the Palm Springs area. The outdoor pool was impressive and the establishment was spotlessly clean. The resort offered great entertainment with top acts. The location was perfect as it was an easy drive to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the excellent service provided by the friendly staff.
We encountered some negative aspects of our stay. The staff at the reward card desk was unfriendly and unprofessional.
